The simplest explanation is usually the best one. It is similar with success. You don't have to be afraid of it. Don't believe it is complicated. It is not some fantastical code that only a few people possess.

What is success? Success can be defined in many ways. Money, Power, Happiness. Whatever, your definition of success is you need to know that it is easy to achieve. Does easy mean like blinking the eye or snapping your fingers? And there is the element of time. Does it mean sleeping and getting up in the morning to find everything has changed overnight?
Success is easily achieved by people who are willing to work for their dreams.
